The star cast of upcoming Panjabi movie, "Jatt & Juliet" visited Amritsar on Tuesday. The duo, Diljit Singh Dosanjh and Neeru Bajwa, who have to their credit many box-office Punjabi hits, interacted with their fans.
Both of them visited Golden Temple and paid obeisance. They are here for promotion of "Jatt & Juliet" which is slated for release next week. According to reports the movie's promo on YouTube has created a record of sorts with its online following of nearly 5.50 lakhs.
Both Neeru and Diljit had acted together in "Mel Karade Raba", "Jihne Mera Dil Luteyua" and would be seen together again in "Jatt & Juliet".Neeru has also acted since 2004 in "Asa Nu Maan Vatna Da", "Dil Apna Punjabi", etc. Diljit, a Panjabi singer and actor, made his acting debut with Panjabi action flick, 'The Lion of Punjab' in 2011, and later also gave several hits including "Desi Punjabi Boy", "Mel Karade Rabba", "Jihne Mera Dil Luteya".
Commenting on their visit to Golden Temple, they said they were enthralled to visit the most holy spiritual place on earth. The star cast would also be visiting Patiala and Chandigarh on 23rd and 24th June respectively .
