1. As a user of Royalloops you agree to be legally bound by the following conditions. We can alter these conditions without notice, and, even though we will do our utmost to inform you of such changes, it is advisable to review these conditions on a regular basis since your continued use of Royalloops following any alteration to these conditions entails that you agree to be legally bound by the new conditions.
2. As a user of Royalloops you agree not to upload any form of abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, racist, libelous or sexually-oriented material which is illegal, whether this is in your own country, the country in which Royalloops is hosted or in international law.
3. Should you post such material this may result in your immediate and permanent exclusion from Royalloops. Your actions may be reported to your ISP and / or a relevant authority if we find this to be required of us. All contributor IP addresses will be logged in order to allow us to meet these conditions.
4. As a user of Royalloops you agree to allow the material you have uploaded to be stored in a database. You further accept that Royalloops cannot be held responsible should such data be compromised in the event that Royalloops servers are hacked.
5.  Your access to and use of all applications or content on Royalloops is at your own risk. Royalloops are in no way responsible or liable for any loss of data that may result from your access to or use of applications or content. You further accept that Royalloops cannot be held liable for erroneous deletion of content, or the failure to store, display or communicate content.
6.  You retain your right to all the content you upload to Royalloops or display thereon or on any of our applications. By uploading and displaying content on Royalloops or our applications, you grant us a worldwide non-exclusive royalty-free license (and the right to grant sublicenses) to use, copy, reproduce, adjust, alter, publish, transfer, display and distribute the content in question in all media using any method of distribution. By granting us this license you give us your permission to make the content you upload available to the rest of the world, and to allow others to do the same. That's what Royalloops is all about, but you still own your content.
7.  You agree to allow Royalloops to remove, alter or move any content at any time should Royalloops feel fit to do so.
8.  If you are a citizen of the USA you must be 13 years of age or over in order to sign up for and utilize our applications. By registering at Royalloops and using our applications you declare and pledge that you are 13 years old or older and that you are able to understand, accept and meet the above terms and conditions.
9.  You can close your Royalloops account at any time. Should you choose to close your account you agree to allow Royalloops to continue to host your content wholly or in part should Royalloops see fit to do so as a service to other Royalloops users.
10.  You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your screen name.
11.  You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
12.  You must not abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate other members of Royalloops.com.
13.  You may not use the royalloops.com service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. International users agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
14.  You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, screen names, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, links ('Content') that you submit, post, and display on the Royallops.com services.
15.  You must not modify, adapt or hack Royalloops.com or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with Royalloops.com.
16.  You must not create or submit unwanted email or advertisements to Royalloops.com or any of its members ('Spam').
17.  You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
18.  You must not, in the use of Royalloops.com, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
19.  Any loss of, or damage to, data is not the responsibility of Royalloops.com. Use of this service is at your own risk.

     

Violation of any of these agreements will result in the termination of your Royalloops.com account. While Royalloops.com prohibits such conduct and content on its site, you understand and agree that Royalloops.com cannot be responsible for the Content posted on its web site and, despite our best efforts, may be exposed to such materials and that you use the Royalloops.com service at your own risk.

General Conditions:-

1. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Royalloops.com service for any reason, without notice at any time.
2. We reserve the right to alter these Terms of Use at any time. If the alterations constitute a material change to the Terms of Use, we will notify you via an appropriate method.
3. What is a 'material change' is at our discretion.
4. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
5. We reserve the right to reclaim usernames on behalf of businesses or individuals that hold legal claim or trademark on those usernames.

About you’re Posts:-

You must agree to use any of the Royalloops.com community functionality (including Message Boards, blogs, photos, videos, polls, discussions, etc.) in accordance with the following Community Rules. These apply across all services of Royalloops.com community.

1. Published contents must be civil and tasteful.
2. No disruptive, offensive or abusive behavior members must be constructive and polite, not mean-spirited or contributed with the intention of causing trouble.
3. No unlawful or objectionable content: unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, racially offensive or otherwise objectionable material is not acceptable.
4. If you use multiple logins for the purpose of disrupting the community or annoying other users you may have action taken against your accounts.
5. No spamming or off-topic material: we don't allow the submission of the same or very similar contributions many times. Please don't re-submit your contribution to more than one discussion, or contribute off-topic material in subject-specific areas.
6. No advertising without permission of Royalloops.com
7. No impersonation and No inappropriate (e.g. vulgar, offensive etc.) user names and profile pictures.
8. You may not refer to specific URLs (web site addresses)
